If you try one of our desserts and find that it doesn't meet your taste preferences, we encourage you to explore other options from our menu.
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash reimbursements.
In the rare event that you discover a defect in your dessert, please notify us within 48 hours of the pickup date. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate compensation amount in the form of a credit for your next purchase, with no cash refunds provided.
Seinye’s Cakery retains the authority to assess the dessert's quality when deciding the amount of credit for returned items.
Please note that we kindly request a three-day advance notice for order cancellations. It's important to mention that we do not issue cash refunds; all refunds will be provided in the form of a Seinye’s Cakery gift certificate."
